Menger sponge carved on a water melon

Today, in our annual meeting of the SAEM Thales Almería, in the Restaurante Las Eras, Tabernas, we have prepared  some mathematical desserts. Here you can see the 2nd iteration of a Menger sponge that I have carved on a delicious water melon. Hope you like it!

With the renowed chef Antonio Gázquez, and Juan Guirado, author of the well known blog «cocina y matemáticas«.

The Menger sponge accompanied with Rubick cubes made with different fruits, by colleagues of the SAEM Thales Almería.
